St Dunstan's - 100k Challenge · 11 June 2011 ·

We believe every blind veteran should be able to lead the life they choose. At Blind Veterans UK we’re one, transformational team. We provide rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support. Together we can help rebuild lives.

Story

On St. Patrick's Day 2011, Nick had the crazy idea of entering the 100km London to Brighton Walk. Maybe it was the Guinness flowing through us; maybe it was the exciting Eng v West Indies match on TV.  Who knows?  What we do know is that Matt, Stephan and Rich jumped on board and the after much deliberation The Blister Boyz were formed.

We are to march through the day and night from Richmond in SW London, to Ovingdean in Brighton & Hove on 11th/12th June and we need YOUR support.

As this is such a crazy feat, we need to raise £1000 to make it worth our while so please dig deep and give all you can.  We want to put our feet in a soothing mix of Epsom salts etc, looking at our ruined soles, knowing that all those blisters are not for nothing!!!

Of course, all the donations will have GiftAid added to them so there'll be even more going to St Dunstan's!
