I have ran the Gt South Run for several years but was unable to compete last year due to an injury so I am hoping to come back fitter and faster this year and beat my 2007 time!

Race day is the day after I return from my holiday (bad planning, I know) so I will be packing my running shoes as well as my flip flops this year!

I am running to raise money for Downsed which is our Air BP selected charity for 2009.

I hope you will give generously to help support the charity and give me the incentive to keep training instead of tucking into the holiday buffet!!
