<p>Hi Guys, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>On Saturday 03 September 2011, I will be doing an abseil down the cave hill to raise money for Opportunity Youths Daisy Project</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>DAISY</strong></span> - Drug and Alcohol Intervention Service&nbsp;for Youth - aims to support young people who are using, at risk of using or have been impacted by the use of drugs and or alcohol. There are strong family intervention and support aspects to this service, allowing interventions to be designed specific to the young person and also take cognisance of the family's needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Keywork including mentoring, group work&nbsp;and brief interventions</p> <p>&bull; Counselling /&nbsp;Family Systemic Therapy /&nbsp;Family Support</p> <p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Client Age Range:</span></strong> 8 - 21 years</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is really important to try and help these young people to get out of a cycle of addiction before it follows them into their adult life and affects their prospects.&nbsp; We shouldn't let any young person feel that they have to turn to drugs or alcohol to solve their problems as it will just make them worse.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>So I would really appreciate it if you could support me in my fundraising.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Don't forget to GiftAid any donation!</p>
