The aim is this year to train and then cycle from the west coast of England ... St Bees to Robin hoods bay!!! This challenge will require a lot of training (which is really hard!! if you google the route is horrible!), which I have started!!! I hope that this challenge will be completed from the 20th-23rd of September and I need all the support I can get!!! The
charity is the Neuromuscular centre they provide
ongoing physiotherapy, graphic design training, support and employment
for people over 16 years old with Muscular Dystrophy and other
Neuromuscular conditions, there are over 60 different types!!! I know the charity works really hard as my best friend Jenny who will
also be joining me along with with a few other people works for the
charity.
Please help and provide your support to such an amazing and inspiring place!
