The Esthers Benjamins Trust, is a UK charity that provides support, advocacy, and residential care to children of Nepal who have been trafficked and whose rights have been violated. On November 21, 2009, I will be bungy jumping from a 160 meter high suspension bridge , 12K from the Tibetan border in Nepal, in order to raise funds towards the programs that house, educate, and feed these children that have been rescued from circuses, child labour, and prisions.

In July I came to Nepal and have been traveling around and volunteering for the past five months. I was fortunate enought to learn about the organization once already in Kathmandu and began volunteering as a reasearcher in
September. The children living at the Kathmandu refugeare lively, always smiling, and welcoming to all newcomers. I am jumping to support the organization and its efforts to provide the children with a different future than what was written out for them years ago.
