We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

Hi everyone,

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving Page. The company I work for, Michael Page, choose a charity partner every year and hold numerous charity events throughout the year. A large group of us are taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge which is a 26 mile hike across the mountains of Whernside, Ingleborough and Penn-y-ghent. We will aim to complete the hike within 12 hours.

This year, Michael Page has decided to support Alzheimer's Research UK with the aim of raising enough money over the next 12 months to fund three PhD students work towards a cure for the illness.

As many of you will be aware, my Uncle Bryan sadly passed away as a result of Alzheimer's just over a year ago. As a result, any charity working towards helping others with Alzheimer's is one that my entire family will support.

Any money that you could donate would be so grately appreciated as it will help me reach my £500 target.

Thank you!!! xxxxxxxx
