Some of you may or may not know that on 1st November 2013 at the age of 28 I had a stroke at home. Everybody involved in my care and rehab were amazing. The Stroke Association gave me much needed information on what to expect and what support there was after I left hospital. I would love to give something back. Thank you so much.
