There are around 10 million people with arthritis in the UK. That’s 10 million individuals, plus their families, each affected in a unique way.

As some of you may know, my daughter Stephanie is one of the above and was diagnosed when she was 5 years old.

I'll never get how she has and continues to cope but know how proud of her I am and what she continues to achieve.

Arthritis Care provides information, support and empowers people to take control of arthritis and stop it controlling them and has helped Stephanie over the past few years.

Although I am volunteer for Arthritis Care, due to work committments, I have had very few opportunities to lend my support and this amble through London just before Arthritis Care Week (9th - 15th May) will, with all your help, give a little back.
