Story
As some of you may have heard on the 9th June I shall be undertaking the hopefully not too arduous challenge of trekking up and down the tallest three mountains in the UK all in 24 hours. Starting early in the hopefully nice warm sunny Scotland we will be scaling Ben Nevis (the tallest mountain in Scotland), then making our way to scale Scafell Pike (to the tallest in Brittan) and finally onto Snowdon (tallest in Wales).
That's roughly a 9,800ft climb and 416 miles of driving. This is all to raise money for the Yorkshire Cancer Centre Appeal who do amazing work helping to provide medical equipment as well as comfort for cancer patients. Any contributions, the price of a pint, will be helping to ease patient's suffering, provides specialist equipment and enables them to continue their life-changing research.
