<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my page, whether you here because you want to see me struggle through a muddy field or because you care about our young people, all support is welcome and all donations are greatly appreciated.</p> <p>Earlier this year i moved in to a council estate in Oxford to volunteer with a charity called Thrive:Barton. Our aim is to model community living by practicing hospitality in our homes and reaching out to those around us in the estate.</p> <p>This is done through youth groups, 'detached' youth work and our extensive mentoring programme. In the short time i have been involved i have already seen huge progress amongst our young people and am really excited to see what is coming up this year.</p> <p>The money raised from this event will go towards employing a communications worker who will be key to facilatating the work on the ground and will greatly improve our ability to effect our community.</p>
