Thanks for taking the time to visit my page, whether you here because you want to see me struggle through a muddy field or because you care about our young people, all support is welcome and all donations are greatly appreciated.

Earlier this year i moved in to a council estate in Oxford to volunteer with a charity called Thrive:Barton. Our aim is to model community living by practicing hospitality in our homes and reaching out to those around us in the estate.

This is done through youth groups, 'detached' youth work and our extensive mentoring programme. In the short time i have been involved i have already seen huge progress amongst our young people and am really excited to see what is coming up this year.

The money raised from this event will go towards employing a communications worker who will be key to facilatating the work on the ground and will greatly improve our ability to effect our community.
