10 years ago back in 2004 i was diagnosed with testicular cancer. If it wasn't for charities working hard, getting the message out there to check yourself on regular occassions i might have been a lot worse than i was.

So now its 10 years later and iv been all clear for several years and now it's time to give something back. I am doing several events throughout the year from the Derby 10k race to endura event mud run and x-runner in September.
