As many of you may be aware I spent a long time in  Children's homes and within the care system as a child and the NSPCC do an amazing job helping children just like me. If I can help many more children by punishing my body and mind for the next 4 months to help save children from abuse and neglect then that is a small price to pay.

I will be completing my usual training sessions at Forces UK Fitness http://www.forcesukfitness.com/ with a 35lbs backpack on from now untill 27th September, the date of my last event so far, if I were to add another challenge this date will change.

Well after 4 months 6 races and 16 bags of porridge oats my Killer 6 is complete! Had such an amazing time and along the way met some truely amazing people who have insipred me even more. Life is tough and can easily drag you down but if you are mentally strong and have a dream or a goal and you strive to succeed anything is possible! 

Thank you to every single person that has put their hand in their pocket and donated and to you all I say a massive thank you, I really didn't ever expect such a response, it has been truely breathtaking. I will say that every child deserves love and the opportunity to have a safe upbringing and by donating to the NSPCC you have helped many children across the North West in their life.
