I am doing the big walk again this year having done it back in 2016 also did Cardiff half marathon 2017- 2018. Having being diagnosed myself in 2014 this charity is close to my heart  I have also  had first hand knowledge of the immense  amount of hard work that prostate cymru does for welsh men in raising the awareness and funding to fight against prostate cancer in wales  as they say "save the males in wales "   looking forward to a great day please donate to this worthy cause
