Myself and Jake Rigby are taking part in a group cycle for BEN as part of a 1500 mile relay to Tamworth. For this relay I we will be completing the 70 mile route from Sheffield to Tamworth

This will be funny to see. 

I am not particularly fit and I am a bit on the chubby side, I have 17 days to get myself ready.
