Firstly, its a great charity; but there are lots of great charities so why Weston Park? Well they're local to South Yorkshire, and they are one of the highest regarded Cancer hospitals in the UK. Secondly, those of you who know me know how much i hate walking. Not because of the exercise, and not because of the generally regarded poor fashion sense. Because as a cyclist i must learn what it is like to be a member of the slower moving traffic, and because i am perhaps the least patient man in Britain. So lets say its because of an urge to better myself, an urge to see things from a different perspective, and a will to instill the virtue of patience in place of my childish eagerness. Justification enough
