Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In May of this year I will be off to the jungle in Peru to trek the Inca trail. I will be raising funds for Action Cancer. My father Colin was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer on the 12th October 2009 which just so happened to be his 65th birthday, he passed away exactly one month later. The courage and dignity he showed to all who visited him in his last few weeks was an inspiration, I know he would have found it very amusing to think of me hacking my way through the jungle in Peru as opposed to sitting at a desk drinking coffee with my feet up.

I decided to set myself a personal challenge and in the process try to raise well needed funds for a very worthy cause. As someone in the business community I fully appreciate that times are currently very difficult for everyone, so any donation regardless of size is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your support.
