I am joining the Football ride to Amsterdam again to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, a cause close to my heart and saddle!!!

Last year everyone raised over £300,000 (no I haven't mis-typed) and many of you greatly assisted me in raising just short of £4k.  I know how generous you all were and I don't expect the same level again but if you can give something please do so as it is a great cause and will make the long rides on cold dark mornings worth while, never mind the 150 mile plus actual ride to Amsterdam!!
