5K Zombie Run · 11 May 2013

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 11th of may me and a team of 10 mixed ability of runners are taking part in a 5K zombie obstacle race, I understand that this isn't of  a difficult nature but the charity we are raising money for and the battle they are fighting is. Me and my team are raining money for a small all and belittle charity 'CALM'age below is a brief in sight to thcharity and the problem they are trying to help, remember no one deserves to stuffer in silence so please any little donation helps, or at least please check out there website at

The campaign against living miserably (CALM) exists to prevent male suicide in the UK.  Suicide accounted for the deaths of more young men in England & Wales in 2011 than road death, murder and HIV/AIDs combined.

Any financial support you can give is hugely appreciated. We aren't funded by Government, and frankly struggle for every penny to keep our helpline going. We've recently been able to expand our helpline opening hours to seven days a week, and that was purely down to public donations. It costs us about £3,500 to run the helpline for a week as is, so if you can give even a little regularly, that would be fantastic.
