Once again I am taking part in the London 10k run and am raising money for the Whitechapel Mission.  This is a worthwhile cause that aims to support the homeless and needy in London.

Even better, my employer, RSA, has agreed to match any donations I raise, so please give generously and know that the final sum will be doubled!

Last year I managed to creep round in 51 mins 6 secs, and raised over £500.  This year I am hoping to break the 50 min barrier and raise over £150 (I have left entry and raising of money to the last minute).  So please help me.
