HI, I would have just past my big FIVE O and at 50 I could not think of a better way to spend it.  Loads of people at one great big party. 

I might even loose some flab but not any grey hair.  

This is my first marathon so I guess I ought to do some training.  Keep finding reasons not to start.  It is also my first 50 but who knows I might be back for my second.  But just in case I am not you could always consider that I might and give a little extra in advance. 

Every penny counts.  As we get older we ofen need support that we could not have imagined we would have needed when we are young.  Just five pounds could mean that someone gets that all important call which stops them feeling alone and isolated.  Larger sums can insure that advocacy is provided or that essential home improvements are carried out for those not able to afford it.  The work Help and Care can do with your support will help those who are often isolated and alone within our communities to be heard and belong within it.
