I am taking part in the London Triathlon on Saturday 8th August. I will compete with 2 colleagues in the Olympic event, with each one of us undertaking a different discipline. Tommy will be swimming 1.5km, I will be cycling 40km and Steve will be running 10k.

I am raising money for Prostate Scotland. Prostate cancer is the most most commen cancer in men in Scotland. Nearly 1 in 2 men in Scotland will be affected by prostate disease at some stage of their lives and 1 in 11 are likely to develop prostate cancer.

I am looking forward to raising lots of money for this great cause and participating in the event as part of Team TSB.
