To support UNICEF I rode my bike 470 miles over 5 days in September from London to Lille via Reading, Portsmouth, St Malo, Caen, Rouen and Amiens.

All costs associated with the trip were covered by myself and my company Visa Europe who officially supported the ride from St Malo to Lille. London to Portsmouth was independently organised and funded.

This means every penny you donate on this site will go directly to UNICEF.

If simply giving to UNICEF is not enough incentive in itself I will also make a personal donation of 10% of what is raised up to a maximum of £250.

Finally I appreciate many of you have supported my bike rides in the past and for that I am grateful, but I would ask you to consider UNICEF as the cause rather than the bike ride itself.
