I have signed up again for the Triathlon, and again, I have not found the time to put in some serious training, so this is going ot hurt!

I am raising money for Doctors without Borders (MSF). There are so many disasters and conflicts in the world, with millions of people caught up in them through no fault of their own. MSF are on the scene, putting themselves in the thick of it to provide emergency medical aid and care to those in need, regardless of race or religion. Please give a little something to helf save the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves.

A friend of mine works for this charity and speaks highly of the good work that they do.
