<p>In July&nbsp;2011&nbsp;31 Squadron will deploy to Afghanistan in support of our ground troops.&nbsp; As a Squadron we would like to do more for them.&nbsp; In order to achieve this we will be running, cycling or rowing, a distance of 31000 miles, aiming to raise 31,000 pounds for Help for Heroes and tickets for troops.co.uk.&nbsp; This is a difficult but achievable goal and will be undertaken&nbsp;whilst we are serving our country on Operations.
