I'm taking part, along with a wider Cisco UK team, in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain 2012.  I'm cycling 2 stages, 127 miles from Hamilton in Scotland to Fort William, on Friday 14th September, and then onto Kyle of Sutherland the next day, 238 miles in total, and over 11,000 feet of hill climbing.  I've never cycled this distance in 2 days in my life, so this will be a challenge.

We are raising money for the British Paralympics Association, which enables some truely inspirational people, much less fortunate than I am, to compete on the world stage in their chosen sport, with a humbleness and fortitude that amazes me.
