As a animal lover I didn't have the brains to become a vet nor the self control to be a animal welfare officer, so I thought I would use what little skills I have to help in my own way, I played rugby for 13 years but had to stop due to a knee operation, so being quite athletic I thought I would run to help raise money for the animals because without us what sort of life would they really have? I see tons of cruelty and on tv, social sites ect but was powerless to do anything about it, as a animal owner look at your pet and think how good they have it, then take a second to think of the animals that aint as lucky to have a warm home, a bed to share with you, that friend to comfort you when you're sick or feeling low, animals are alot more than just another mouth to feed they become family, so next time you look at your pet and just take a second to think of the less fortunate pets and think to yourself "what can I do", that's all I did so if I can do it why can't you?
