I will be cycling the Thames bridges again this year to raise funds for The Stroke Association.

There are many reasons to sponsor me, including:

      1. I need the exercise.

      2. You have too much money and need to get rid of some of it.

      3. You are by nature a generous soul.

      4. If you pay up I might stop bugging you for sponsorship (but probably won't)
