Last run in January today 😢😢😢

Up to day 25. I don't care about you but I am impressed that I have managed to get out and run at least a couple of miles everyday for the past 3+weeks. No injuries and getting a bit faster!

In 2016 I was really lucky to be able to work with Mind to develop some aspects of their communications strategy. During this project I became shamefully conscious of how little I had appreciated their work and more and more impressed by the services they provide and aware of how great the need for them is. 

One in four of us will experience some form of mental health issue during the course of a year, suicide is the biggest killer of men aged under 45, the impact of mental health issues usually extend much further than the person experiencing them. Mental health is such a serious issue and yet does not get anything like the support it needs from health or any other authorities.

This is why we all need to support Mind and help them to continue providing their invaluable services. The simplest and easiest way you can do this right now is by sponsoring me as I run everyday to raise money for this charity. Whatever the weather I will be out probably with my headtorch running an average of 3-4 miles.
