Jack is a 4 year old boy with an in curable disease named Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) failing a medical breakthrough jacks life will be mapped out by his progressive condition. In short he will no longer be able to walk the time he reaches adolescence and will lose every single muscle in his body thereafter. Eventually Jacks heart and lungs will fail and he will die. Please dig deep and donate to this fantastic charity to help find a cure.
