Hi All,

I'm going to be running the Great North Run this year to raise money for The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract, which I think everyone will agree is a very worthy cause!!

I want to raise as much money as possible so please dig deep.... remember it's much harder for me to run a HALF MARATHON as I have such little pegs! I'm not saying I'm more worthy of your money than say Emma or Nicola that I'll be running with but I'm just asking you to bear my disadvantage in mind.
