<p>On May 30th 2011, I will be running the Bupa London 10000 10k race around the streets of our Nation's capital.</p> <p>Once again I will be running for The Meningitis Trust. Meningitis can strike within hours and it's symptoms can be very difficult to identify. The effects can be devastating.&nbsp;</p> <p>My daughter Lucy had meningitis when she was only 3 weeks old. Despite some delayed developments and minor difficulties, we were very lucky she pulled through with no major or lasting disabilities.</p> <p>In my previous 2 runs, I've raised over &pound;1300 for the trust, thanks to you all.
