I'm doing the Hell Run for Tribal's charity, the Tribal Foundation, which supports projects across the developing world.  It makes a huge difference by giving people in impoverished communities the confidence and skills to go on and help themselves, through the provision of basic infrastructure, education and training.


Every pound raised by staff, such as myself, is matched by Tribal. 


Please - be generous - the Foundation supports many vital projects which make a big difference to people's lives around the world.
