Two weeks before I leave the North East, I'm going to have one last shot at the Great North Run. The plan is to raise £5,000 for the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund, a great charity that works to enhance the lives of disabled children and their families in the region.

I've had a brilliant time in the region, and at ncjMedia, and this is a tiny, tiny way of giving something back. Any help you can give will be much appreciated.
