On the 15 November 2014 we lost a very special friend in Mike to a very sudden and unexpected heart attack.

Along with some of Mike's other friends, I have committed to raising funds for the British Heart Foundation in his memory.  As a team, we are aiming to raise £51,000 being £1,000 for every year of his life.  My first contribution towards this target is my entering the Bournemouth Bay Half Marathon on the 12th April 2015.
