I am due to Run London Marathon 2021 on Sunday, 3rd October as part of the 40 strong FedEx\TNT team in support of Wooden Spoon.

I'll be doing this with 9 weeks notice, broken up by 2 weeks holiday and 2 with covid so will be setting my expectations accordingly and planning to enjoy the day and hopefully raise some funds to help support children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantage.

Wooden Spoon is the children’s charity of rugby, funding life-changing projects across the UK and Ireland . Research shows that 1 in 10 children in the UK and Ireland have a disability and there are 3.5 million children in the UK living in poverty. These numbers continue to rise and more and more children need our help.Our vision is that through the power of rugby, every child and young person has access to the same opportunities.
