Hi Folks,
It's that time of year again where Vicky and I don our uniforms and fly a jumbo jet around the world.
Thanks for taking the time to donate and keep the vital air ambulance running- especially as it's funded by donations and doesn't recieve a penny from the government.
Between Sunday 1st - Sunday 8th November 2008 UK World Flight will be flying a Boeing 747-400 Flight Simulator on a Virtual Round the World Trip flying 45 different flights covering over 37,000 miles.
UK World Flight is one of Seven Full size Flight Simulators taking part in this International Event.
We are raising donations for the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.
The
crews will consist of Flight Simulator enthusiasts and real world
pilots, each flight will be flown professionally using Real Charts,
Airline Procedures and will be flown under actual weather conditions.
Live Air Traffic control will be provided throughout the event by the
VATSIM organisation. We are using Just Giving to raise general
donations, in addition we are offering Virtual Airline Tickets for a
Donation of £10.00 or Flight Deck Visits (1 hour) during the Event for
a donation of £20.00
