Dear All

Autumn comes, once again, to the UAE and it is time for me to don my running shoes and train for my next outing to raise some money for the The Silver Star Society Fund 0347 - a charity based at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK.  This year I intend to complete the Johnson Arabia Dubai Creek Striders half marathon on 11th December.

Katie and I lost our second son, just before he was born, on 2nd January 2008.  His passing moves further into the past but the sadness and loss do not diminish with time.  He is sorely missed.  And in his memory I would like to raise as much money as I can for the The Silver Star Society Fund 0347 who's wonderful staff and facilities helped Katie, Archie and I through and back into the light.

So please dig deep and donate as much as you feel you can.
