<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>As some most of you will know my sons suffered with a twin 2 twin transfusion syndrome whilst in the womb. A rare condition that affects only identical twins and are given a 33% chance of surviving.&nbsp; My wife had an emergency c-section at Darent Valley and from the moment they my boys were born the doctors and nurses took exception care of our new born baby boys for the next 14 days.&nbsp; Aiden &amp; Max are 6 this year and are healthy normal children. None of this would have been possible without the staff at Darent Valley hospital in the special care baby unit.
