Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have always found running to be an excellent way to help with the stresses and strains of the day. When I'm running regularly I feel more able to cope with situations, people, responsibilities and work stress.
I have run a few half marathons in the past and have always felt more positive when I've had something to train for and focus my running (and mind). I'm hoping this will continue through January, 2017 and beyond.
2016 is very nearly over and 2017 has to be better than this year. What better way to kick start the year than with a challenge. One that will raise awareness for the work MIND do, encourage people to get moving and take the first step towards improving their mental health.
