I am riding in the GSK UK Sites Cycle Relay 2012Km Gold Challenge and on the 22nd of July I will be cycling from the GSK Stevenage site to the GSK Harlow, covering 28 miles of the most gruelling terrain  Hertfordshire and Essex have to offer, with almost no pubs by way of respite.

I am raising money for CARE, one of GSK's 2012 charities (see the box to the right for details), so please dig deep and donate now.
