!!!!!!Steve's Kilimanjaro Climb!!!!!!

Made it!!!!

Many thanks to everyone who so kindly donated!!

Yes I am Climbing Kilimanjaro. I will be embarking on a self funded  ten day trip starting on the 19 August 2010 to climb Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Erskine.

www.erskine.org.uk

Erskine hospital has been caring for ex-service men and women providing essential treatment and care since it was founded in 1916. Watching recent events in Afghanistan and around the Globe has made us all very aware of the sacrifices that our troops make day in day out. It is vital that the care that Erskine provides is on going.

Standing at almost 20,000 feet Mount kilimanjaro is the highest stand alone mountain in the World. This will be a huge challenge and climb for me!! We will be carrying all our own gear including tents and ration packs.

Our team leader for the challenge is and ex-service man called  Chris Moon. He is an established motivational speaker and has a 100% record of leading his team to the top of Kilimanjaro, no pressure!!

Please, please donate!!

Any amount large or small is greatly appreciated!!

I am funding all the cost of the trip myself allowing all the funds you donate to go to Erskine.

Bring it on!!
