Well... I wasn't going to ask for donations this time round as so many of you generously sponsored me for my last challenge in India; but I've met a lot of new people since then and I'm sure that a few of you have a few pounds to spare so...
I will be taking part in the BHS Bulgaria challenge ride 4th - 11th June 2011; we will be riding for 6 days in the Bulgarian mountains and covering just under 180km in 6 days (that's like doing 6 level 3s in 6 days).
The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for BHS Welfare and all the good work they do; I would have needed to raise £1,800 to take part, some of which goes to BHS Welfare, and some towards, the cost of the ride. I have donated the full £1,800 myself, so if you can spare a little to this excellent cause you can be sure that the whole of your donation will be going to the charity, and none towards my (gruelling) holiday.
As I said, I haven't asked for donations before the event, I will probably close the page when I get back, so lets just see how much can be raised while I am away - for one week only - your chance to support BHS Welfare, and surprise me with a staggering amount when I return.
