The great south Run is on this coming Sunday 25th October. I have being in training during this year on and off inbetween playing cricket, golf, running the girls football team and managing and working the gardening, building and property renting business.

As you can imagine, it is very difficult to find time for practise during the day and indeed during evening before or after trying to eat. Also it hasn't been easy after a training session, trying to move in a pain free direction.

The Great South Run is 10 miles around Pompey dockland and the sea front so you know that its going to be raining and windy.

I am trying hard to achieve a time around 1 hour 30mins but this depends on conditions on the day. This time is really hard to achieve for me, but I will do my best.
