I have (again) entered the London Duathlon which will take place Sunday, 13 September in Richmond Park.  The 'Duathlon' is basically a triathlon without the swimming, so will involve my participating in a 10km run, followed by a 22km cycle and a 5km run. 

The Duathlon is to benefit the Chelsea & Westminster Health Charity (details at http://www.chelwestcharity.org.uk/) .

I am sending this page to you in the hope that you will help me reach my sponsorship goal.  As a few of you will remember, I did participate in this event last year, and managed to finish the 'challenge' distance still standing.  I have no idea how long it will take me to finish this year and my goal is to again finish standing upright, we will see.   No bets or guesses as to the total time it will take me to finish this year.
