BUPA Great North Run 2010 · 19 September 2010 ·

We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

Story

It's that time of year again...

The 2010 Great North Run is upon us and despite two year's worth of knowledge I'm running with the same idiots again this year. However, this year is a bit special. There is one very good friend of the runners, who has selflessly sponsored and supported previous Great North Runs on a personal and business level. We felt it was time to say thank you in the best way possible - raise money for Bowel Cancer UK in memory of her late dad who sadly passed away after a brave battle against bowel cancer.

As well as the Great North Run, Jon and I will also be getting involved in Muffin Day 2010 - a fund raising day at Leonard's Coffee House on Saturday 4th September. So, if you're around come on down to the coffee house, spend loads of money on muffins and help a fantastic cause!
