Every penny raised will support MIND - a fantastic charity that helps people like me - people struggling with their mental health. Diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression, I aim to run the distance of around the world - all 40,075km of it and as part of a run streak. Running a minimum of 5km a day since 31/12/2016, I plan to complete this epic Run The World Challenge within ten years - no pressure!!!
