Hi thanks from Daisy & Steve for visiting.

We will be taking part in a sponsored ride on the 10th July 2010 to raise funds for Help for Heroes, taking part in the Horses for Heroes ride - expected to be the biggest sponsored ride in the world with 2010 horses taking part!

We have already raised the minimum required to take part thanks to our generous sponsors at www.avbuyer,com and we will be covering all the costs ourselves so it only remains for you to make a donation to this very worthwhile cause - and every penny you donate will go straight to Help for Heroes to support our wounded servicemen and women.

The ride itself shouldn't be too much of a challenge - we are hoping for a pleasant day out whilst raising money for Help for Heroes, but of course with that many horses and both of ours being new to us, you can never tell what upsets might happen - looking forward to the finish which is the finishing post at Ascot racecourse!

Daisy will be accompanied by my new Grandson Cameron (though not on the ride - just a little too young at 5 months, thanks to Granny Lee for looking after him while we are riding). I will be riding my new appoloosa boy Mr Spot and Daisy will be in control of our Connemara Woody (well mostly in control - we shall see).

So all you've got to do now is just give - and please remember that every penny raised here will benefit our wounded service personel - they have already given much more than you or I ever can.
