I know relatives and friends who've had heart problems big and small. The British Heart Foundation provides valuable assistance to the ill and also funds research programs. On 29 Sep. I'm going to ride from Bath to Bournemouth (80 miles): I'll be putting my heart into it to raise money for those whose hearts really need it - so come on - even if it's just 5 quid it'll be 5 quid that counts! Help me reach - and smash - the 100 target!

Conosco amici e parenti che hanno avuto problemi grandi e problemi piccoli di cuore. La British Heart Foundation contìnua a prestare una preziosa assistenza ai malati e all ricerca. Pedalando da Bath a Bournemouth (128 km) il 29 settembre io ci mettero' il cuore - per chi di cuore soffre. Se donate anche solo 5 sterline  io vo sarò molto grato! Aiutatemi a raggiungere - e superare- il mio target do 100 sterline. Grazie - di cuore
