On , I started walking from John O’Groats to Lands End. It’s something of a personal indulgence but at the same time I want to raise money for the support of children with cancer. I personally know of two families with a child who is recovering from cancer and understand something of the trauma the illness has brought into their lives.
Stop Press: I completed my walk on Monday 19th October 2009 at 2pm.
CHICS is a charity which gives support in a variety of ways to families affected by cancer, and they have a based group. So please help me reach and maybe surpass the target, and give a much needed and appreciated donation to support other affected families in .
