This year I'm taking a break from the Great North Run for a run a bit closer to home - the London Royal Parks Half Marathon, which snakes its way through Hyde Park, Green Park and St James's Park up the Embankment and over Westminster Bridge.

Once again my chosen charity is Epilepsy Action, and this being their 60th Anniversary year with over 575,000 people contacting them annually for help, support and advice, please dig deep to put them in a stronger position to help more people for another 60 years!
